Hygge Life Shipping Policy
In our mission to make every home and space aesthetic and functional, we offer free shipping for all Prepaid and COD orders across India. Orders are delivered by either Delhivery or Amazon Shipping.
We typically prepare orders for shipping within 8 hours of receiving your order. As soon as your package ships, we will email you the package tracking information.
The shipping period by our logistics partners typically ranges from 3 to 5 standard business days. However, these times may vary and are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/ logistics. We can only provide our support in tracking a package via our logistics partners.
For COD orders, payment is necessary at the time of delivery before the order is handed over to the customer by our logistics partner.
Hygge Life Cancellation Policy
After you have placed an order, if you are unsure about your order or change your mind, you may cancel it within 8 hours of placing the order by sending an email to care@hyggelife.in with the subject “Request for Order Cancellation: <Order Number>”. Post 8 hours, we will be unable to accept any cancellation and the order will be dispatched as per the process.
If a COD order is cancelled post 8 hours or rejected at the doorstep by the customer, COD option will be disabled for subsequent orders.
