Hygge Life Return & Exchange Policy

Most items (except those explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page) purchased from Hygge Life are eligible for free replacement within 7 days of delivery. This replacement eligibility is only in an unlikely event of an item delivered to you that is damaged, defective, or different from their description on the product detail page on Hygge Life

If the product you get is faulty from our end, we can offer either free exchange (with the same product and not any other product) or a full refund in the form of Store Credits, that can be redeemed during your next purchase.

  1. Exchange will be processed only if:
    1. it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
    2. the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
    3. the product is returned in its original condition (with brand’s box, MRP tag intact, and all the accessories therein).
  2. Products may not be eligible for exchange in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or colour of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
  3. Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. We reserve the right to pick up the product to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
  4. Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same item is in stock. If the replacement request is placed and the exact same product is not in stock, a refund would be issued to you in the form of Store Credits that can be redeemed against the next purchase.

How to Request a Replacement?

  1. To request an exchange, please email us at care@hyggelife.in with the subject “Request for Replacement/Refund: <Order Number>” about the issue within 7 days of receiving the damaged/ defective/ different product. Also, please include the supporting product picture and reason for replacement.
  2. Please wait 24-48 hours until our customer support team contacts you. Further instructions and guidance will be provided based on your case.
  3. Please ensure the product is intact and in an unused condition.

Hygge Life Refund Policy

  • If a prepaid order is cancelled at the doorstep by the customer, partial refund (after deducting the necessary forward and reverse shipping charges) will be issued in the form of Store Credits, that can be redeemed during the next purchase.
  • If a prepaid order is undelivered after 3 attempts by logistics partner, partial refund (after deducting the necessary forward and reverse shipping charges) will be issued in the form of Store Credits, that can be redeemed during your next purchase.
  • Refund will be processed within 3 days of receiving the order.
